How often do you go back for seconds?
Not really all that often because I make small meals. On Thanksgiving and Christmas are the two times of the year that there are large meals that I can go back for seconds for. The rest of the year I typically only make enough food for me and my husband. The problem with this is I have to cook more often. My plan for the future is to start cooking bigger meals and split them into small portions before serving them that way I can cook less and continue having small meals.
Folks that cook a bunch of meals in advance- what is your favorite way to cook ahead? What do you use to portion things out? School me!
