Now I'm Mad at Wal-Mart!!! Here's WHY!!!

I am now antiwalmart 

Here is what I just sent to the Wal-Mart corporate customer service feedback website word for word:

I only choose Wal-Mart because of the low prices. It's bad enough that everyone else charges too much but today's awful experience makes me NEVER want to visit another Wal-Mart EVER again. First, I found that Wal-Mart had the cheapest price on an Xbox Live card so I drive to buy one only to be informed that the price in store does not match the online price. Needless to say I think this is stupid and have no choice but to drive back home and buy the product online. 

I choose the pick up at store option so I can still get the item I need today and when I went to pick it up was waiting WAY too long to be taken care of. Finally…after waiting to the point of my feet hurting an employee comes to get my purchase from the back room and I specifically ask her to make sure my purchase has been activated because it is a prepaid card for Xbox and I know they must be activated to be used…

Well, I make the drive home for the second time only to find that sure enough…the card has NOT been activated and even confirmed this error with Microsoft via live chat to make sure it was not my error. Now it’s too late for me to drive all the way back to Wal-Mart again because the customer service desk is closed and so I’m left without my membership and a very bad taste for Wal-Mart and now Walmart.com as well. 

I’m a VERY unhappy customer who is out roughly three hours of driving time, gas money and patience with a retail giant. I have no choice but to make another drive back to the store tomorrow to get another card and at this point I should have just paid the additional $12 via the Xbox website!!!
