Changes to the Famous Ashley Grant Website

 

You may have noticed that there are some changes to this site! Well, I'm excited to report that there is a nifty navigational toolbar at the top of the page to make things easier to find and  that on the right of the page you can find my twitter info, the latest post from my Tampa.About.com page and that at the bottom you can find me on facebook and see some of my favorite blogs. So, I encourage you to poke around and see if you find anything you like. About Me

I have been a professional writer and photographer since 2007. I went to the University of South Florida and majored in Mass Communications with a specialization in Magazine Journalism. Go Bulls!

I focus mainly on Tampa Bay area lifestyle topics such as charity events, trends, restaurant and bar reviews, movie reviews and much more. I like to tell the story of the events and the people behind them.

Presently I am a freelance writer for several local publications in Tampa including, The New York Times Website Tampa.About.com ,  The St. Petersburg Times, tbt, Tampa Bay Weddings  and Tampa Bay Metro. My national publications include The Examiner, Young Money Magazine and Yahoo! Contributor Network. My past publications include Metromix,  Style Magazine, The Tampa Tribune, Focus Magazine (Brandon, New Tampa, Plant City, Lakeland and East Pasco), and Real Health and Image Magazine.

My rate for photography is $50 an hour. Prints and negatives are extra. I do offer discounts to charities. Writing project fees are priced on a case by case basis. Contact me to inquire.

The Awesomeness of Felicitous Coffeehouse 10.3.11

 

Felicitous Coffee House is my favorite coffee spot in Tampa Bay! I have talked about them lots in the past! I did a business shout out on them in Creative Loafing when they first opened, a Cheap Eats write up a few months later on Tampa Bay's Metromix and have mentioned them as often as possible on facebook, on my blog and on About.com. Now, I have to mention them once more because of the awesome designs they can create in their lattes! Check out the above pic with the Halloween themed spider web "drawn" in the foam. How cool is that?!?
