Work perk: Covering EXXXOTICA

As a member of the press I am often invited to events. I sometimes get to cover things I'm invited to for Channel 10s Metromix and sometimes I cover them for the Yahoo! Contributor Network. I have been invited to an event in Miami Beach and I'm so excited about it!

I will be in Miami May 20 through the 22nd and will be covering the EXXXOTICA 2011 expo for the Yahoo! Contributor Network!!! On the Friday of the show there is a FREE event!!

From the EXXXOTICA site:

You heard right! For the first time ever in Miami Beach, we’re letting ALL chicks in for FREE on Friday, May 20th. We’re using Einstein’s most famous equation: More girls = More fun. We first did this last year at our New Jersey event and it was an HUGE success. HUGE! There were so many girls there, you would have thought you were at a Jack Johnson concert.

So if you are lacking man parts, show up on Friday and you’re in for free!

NOTE: Ladies who come on Friday will get FREE general admission and FREE entrance to the VIP Lounge. If they would like to upgrade to a VIP Admission (entrance into the after party, free tee shirt, messenger bag, DVD, schwag, etc.) they will be able to upgrade on-site for a fee of $35)

Trying Cadbury Eggs for the First Time

I have never tried a Cadbury Egg....until today.
How have I been living my life without this Chocolaty goodness filled with sugar paste?!? Oh my word they were good!
I tried the mini ones instead of the big ones because I was curious and thought if I tried the small one and didn't like it I wouldn't be wasting too much but now that I know I like Cadbury I must try the big ones :) Very nice! High five!

Trying Absynthe for the first time today at the Bern's Winefest.
The weird thing is its in a freezer pop so they cut the top & u suck it like the good old days of koolaid in plastic but with booze.
My green freezer pop was filled with champagne & absynthe. Not nearly as scary as I have always heard it was. Check out the pops below
